Terms and Conditions for Beloved Aftercare!

Welcome to Beloved Aftercare! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to our floral and graveside care services (“Services”). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not subscribe.

1.Definitions 

– Subscriber: The individual or entity that subscribes to the Services.

– Services: The floral arrangements, gravesite maintenance, and related services provided by Beloved Aftercare

– Subscription: The plan that a Subscriber selects to receive our Services.

2.Services Offered

Beloved Aftercare provides subscription-based floral and graveside care services, which may include, but are not limited to:

– Regular floral arrangements for gravesites.

– Routine maintenance of gravesites, including cleaning and upkeep.

– Additional personalized services as agreed upon.

3.Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans, including:

– One Time Clean Standard: Fresh flowers & Full clean £65

– One Time Clean: Weed&Grass removal- Fresh flowers & Full Clean  £80

– Every Two Weeks: Fresh flowers & Full Clean £55

– Once a month: Fresh flowers & Full Clean £45

– Every Three Months: Fresh flowers & Full Clean £48

Subscribers can select their plan during the sign-up process. All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4.Payment Terms

– Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. 

– Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and [any other payment methods].

– Late payments may result in a suspension of Services until payment is received.

5.Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer service. 

– Refunds are only available for payments made prior to the Services being rendered. There will be no refunds for Services already provided.

– Any cancellation request must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
